If you are looking for a decent place to stay without breaking the bank - then this is it. Room was warm, clean and comfortable bed. The microwave and refrigerator worked and was very easy to use. The TV was fantastic so was the selection of stations available. Again if you are just interested in a place to sleep or rest then this is it. No frills but the basics are there. We had a major snowstorm the day before my stay and the parking lot and walkways were clean and safe. Also the staff was friendly and extremely helpful.
Staff quiet but respectful. Pretty clean. In need of a good amount of TLC. What I expected from the price ($125/night). And supposedly they do a discount if you want to rent weekly if you pay cash. ($500/week cash, $625 card
The room was clean and looked recently renovated. The bathroom was clean and convenient. The Internet service was inconsistent. There were some sketchy looking people around but everything was quiet and peaceful.
I stayed in room 201 for 2 nights it's great for the price..the staff is friendly and the housekeepers are great and working hard. Floors were shiny and the bed was nice. I mean the staff is working on a budget to meet your budget..leave them some slack on "how comfortable the beds are" and what have you. Beds were clean, I use to be a housekeeper myself and the rooms are legit for your stay. P.s being a housekeeper is harder than you think physically as well as mentally..it wouldn't hurt to tip.
I usually stay here when moving my son into/out of his apartment at College Suites (he is a student at Cortland) and this hotel never disappoints. Always clean. Always friendly. And their comfy mattress is great when you spend the whole day driving or moving boxes!
Bed was a little hard, shower had a little mold in the corner caulking. Other than that it was fine. We didn't hear any noise from the parking lot or other guests. Front desk employee was friendly and helpful. There is a Continental breakfast included in your stay. We would stay there again
